A well-established, specialist Recruitment Business are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their fun and friendly team in their Winchester branch, with the opportunity to move to Southampton when the new office opens. Specialising in the Logistics and Industrial sector, this ambitious and successful company have 8 branches across the South West and pride themselves on their lively and energetic working environment. In return the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:
- Building business relationships with clients in varied sectors
- Promote the company’s services
- Provide outstanding service levels to new and existing customers.
- Help problem solve and negotiate
- Continually exceed your sales targets
- Offer specialist knowledge
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant must have:
- Previous experience in sales or Logistics.
- Computer literacy and an understanding of what it means to provide good customer service
- Driving license and own transport is essential
- A degree is preferred
In return the Trainee Consultant will receive a basic salary of £18,000 – £20,000 /year as well as access to monthly (target related) & quarterly bonus schemes, vocational training, 28 days paid leave (including Bank Holidays), Health cover, company pension and 6 monthly reviews with a personal development plan
The role will be full time, Monday to Friday. An office in Southampton will be opening shortly, so the opportunity to move there may be possible.
