As the telemarketing executive you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting new clients through cold calls and warm leads (70 – 100 calls a day depending on quality)
- Setting up face to face meetings for Hampshire based prospects
- Identifying potential clients and the decision makers within the client organisation and feeding back to management on opportunities developing
- Following up new business opportunities and ensuring the database is kept in a workable manner
- Charting your activity and key wins on their bespoke CRM software
- Liaising with management to ensure campaigns and marketing directives are delivered successfully and in a timed manner
The successful candidate for the role of telemarketing executive will:
- A new business driven individual with 1 – 2 years’ B2B Business Development
- Previous experience in cold calling and confident in selling to key decision makers
- A natural communicator and negotiator
- A great team player with good business sense, resilient development skills and a positive attitude
- Have previous experience as a telemarketing executive
In return the telemarketing executive will receive a basic salary £18k with an OTE £35k but it is uncapped. You will receive 20 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays. Monthly incentives vouchers, time off work, meals out and quarter targets for holidays. The hours are 9am to 17.30pm Monday to Friday. Free parking. Due to location you must have your own transport.
