A successful, friendly and family run B2B Marketing company based in Fareham is looking to hire a Telemarketing Executive to join their Lead Generation team. You will enjoy a competitive salary with generous commission and bonus structure, plus no weekend working.

The Company believe that the key to successful lead generation is in the quality rather than the quantity. All leads are qualified and originate from targeted data to ensure their quality.

As the Telemarketing Executive you will be required to:

  • Make outgoing customer calls in order to set appointments for clients
  • Attend meetings with new clients to gain an understanding of their products/requirements
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Answer questions about product specifications and pricing
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into company databases
  • Maintain a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches

The successful candidate for the role of Telemarketing Executive will have:

  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing

In return, you will receive a basic salary of £16,000-£20,000 depending on experience, uncapped commission and a renewals bonus of 5%. You will also receive 28 days holiday plus your birthday off. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, plus evening work available as paid overtime.
