One of Southampton’s most experienced letting agencies with an approachable and friendly team, are currently looking for an Administrator to join their existing team.
They are based in the heart of Southampton and have been established for over 20 years, they pride themselves on providing excellent customer service both to their clients and tenants.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for:

· Dealing with tenets face to face and over the phone
· Arranging maintenance
· Arranging references
· Booking tenants in for viewings
· Taking of rent
· Assisting staff in deposit returns-letters, cheque return
· Late rent letters
· Moving people in
· Advertising properties
· General office administration

 
In return the Administrator will receive a salary of £17k -£19k depending on experience. You will receive 20 days holiday + 8 days B/H. Working hours are 8.30-5 Mon-Fri + occasional Saturday 9:30-1pm. The Administrator will receive generous benefits, including use of the company car, free parking, great social events and a lovely working environment. Central Southampton location. A clean Driving Licence is desirable.
