The account manager will be responsible for:
- growing their assigned client base renewal rate through user engagement
- successfully negotiating annual contract renewals
- pro-actively monitoring assigned clients service usage/ROI against objective
- responding to support requests in an efficient and timely manner.
The successful account manager will need:
- experience dealing with clients over the telephone in an account manager or sales role
- excellent questioning, sales and negotiation skills
- previous knowledge of the construction industry would be highly beneficial
